Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern the relationship between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and TravelStoriesWithUs.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding holiday packages arranged by phone or email.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All holiday packages are bespoke and arranged via phone or email.
  • Your booking is confirmed once we send a written itinerary and payment instructions.
  • You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Other Travel Components

  • Services like hotels, transfers, and excursions follow third-party cancellation policies.
  • Any non-refundable fees will be deducted from your refund.

3. Payment Terms

  • An upfront deposit of at least 50% of the total package cost is required to secure the booking.
  • Full payment is due at least 7 days before the travel date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.

4. Changes & Cancellations

  • To modify or cancel a booking, contact us immediately at info@travelstorieswithus.com.
  • Cancellations made ≥15 days before departure may receive partial refunds (excluding flights and non-refundable fees).
  • Cancellations <14 days before departure are not eligible for refund due to airline and vendor policies.
  • No-show or cancellations within 48 hours of departure are fully non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (excluding non-refundable flights and fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.
  • If airlines issue travel credits, we will forward these per airline-specific rules .

6. Changes by Airlines or Vendors

  • We are not responsible for changes made by airlines or third-party providers.
  • In case of airline cancellations or significant schedule changes, we will assist you in obtaining airline refunds or credits.

7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, illness, or other emergencies.

8. Customer Obligations

  • You must provide accurate travel information and inform us promptly of any changes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) are valid.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We act solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
  • We are not responsible for their actions or errors.
  • We are not liable for incidental costs resulting from delays, cancellations, or third-party defaults.

10. Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics).

11. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in India.
  • Any disputes should first be directed to us at info@travelstorieswithus.com.
  • If unresolved, customers may escalate issues to the Data Protection Board of India or relevant consumer forum.

12. Agreement & Updates

  • By confirming the booking, you agree to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to reflect updates on this page. Continued use signifies acceptance.
